​The Presidium looks after and is responsible for the Asian Dance Council. It adheres to the Constitutional Rules & Regulations that governs its Management in a fair and transparent manner.

All Organisation Members nominate three Delegates to represent them and their interests at all meetings of the Council.

​

The ADC uses the one Full Member, one Vote system.

At every third annual meeting of the Asian Dance Council, the Full Members elect the President and Vice-Presidents who form the Presidium.
